With most of the parts in stock, ID Solutions can respond to calls for service promptly and efficiently on-site or at our facility. Labor charges are waived for the first service. Shipping charges, if sent in for service, or travel charges, if on-site, as well as parts are additional.
ID Solution's service rates are among the lowest in the region. In addition, service is provided to our media customers for just a low flat rate. See the Service Agreement page for details and regular rates.
